Do you do hormone testing?

I don't run lab work myself — I'm a coach, not a clinician. What I do is help you understand the lifestyle, sleep, and nutrition drivers that throw your hormones off in the first place, especially on shift work. If lab testing is appropriate for you, I'll point you toward the right kind of practitioner and help you make sense of the results.

What diet plan will I follow?

There is no rigid "plan." No calorie counting, no banned foods, no supplements. We build a way of eating around your real schedule — 12-hour shifts, night charting, break-room realities and all — so the result actually sticks. Most clients eat more, not less, and lose fat anyway.

What if the program doesn't work for me?

It's backed by my guaranteed-results promise. If you follow the method and don't see the results we agree on, we keep working together at no extra cost until you do. I only take on clients I genuinely believe I can help — that's why every applicant goes through a one-on-one conversation with me first.

How much is the full coaching program?
